        In Short: SUCCI only collects the nickname you choose to enter and your game scores to display you on the global leaderboard. We do not collect sensitive personal data, we do not sell your data, and we do not use tracking advertising.

GS-Soft ("we", "us", "our") develops and operates the SUCCI game. This Privacy Policy transparently explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

Player Name: The nickname you choose to enter (maximum 50 characters). This data is optional - if you don't enter a name, you will be identified as "Anonymous".

Score: The score you achieve in each game
Level Reached: The last level completed in the game
Completion Status: Whether you completed all 10 levels of the game
Play Time: Duration of the game session in seconds
Date and Time: Timestamp of when the score is submitted

2.3 Technical Data

IP Address: We temporarily collect your IP address only to prevent abuse and spam (rate limiting). The IP is not publicly displayed and is used exclusively to limit the number of submissions from the same source (maximum 10 submissions per hour).

3. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used exclusively to:

Display your score on the game's global leaderboard
Calculate aggregate statistics (average score, total number of games, etc.)
Prevent abuse and spam through rate limiting
Improve the gaming experience and balance difficulty

        We DO NOT use your data for:
        Profiling or targeted advertising
Selling or sharing with third parties

The processing of your data is based on:

Consent: By voluntarily entering your nickname and submitting your score, you explicitly consent to the collection and publication of this data on the leaderboard
Legitimate Interest: For the IP address, we have a legitimate interest in preventing service abuse

Your data is publicly visible only through the game leaderboard, which displays:

Player name (the one you chose)

Your IP address is never publicly displayed nor shared with third parties.

Leaderboard data: Retained indefinitely to maintain the global leaderboard history
IP Address: Used only for rate limiting checks within the last 24 hours, then automatically excluded from queries
